The French Door Refrigerator

The French door refrigerator is a relatively new model on the fridge scene. It has become very popular lately, as people have found out that they just need more room in their refrigerators to put their food in. They are equipped with two doors that open side by side in order to enable easy access to the refrigerator. The upper part is completely dedicated to the fridge while underneath there is the freezer, which is full sized, too.

The Side by Side Refrigerator

This type of refrigerator has ever been available, and the things haven’t changed yet. On its left side is usually a freezer, and a refrigerator is on the other. If you are one of those people who like to have a large freezer, then a side by side refrigerator is a good option for you. Additionally, the shelf-style freezer is easily accessible to frozen items, which means that there is no more need to dig through frozen food stacked on top of each other.

The Integrated Fridge

The integrated fridge is the leader in the refrigerator food chain. What makes them so exceptional is that they completely match with the other items in your kitchen, such as your cabinets, dishwasher, etc. It may look as if it is not a fridge, except for the handle on the door. They are mostly made of stainless steel and it is very easy to find units in this chrome color, and they blend in with each other perfectly. However, some people choose black or white color.

The Counter Depth Refrigerator

Another new style that has emerged recently is the counter depth refrigerator. Their depth is not as the depth of most common fridges, and for that reason they don’t stick out past the cabinets. Majority of people wants their whole kitchen to fit in, and they don’t want a huge refrigerator to stick out. The price of integrated refrigerators is somewhat bigger than the price of normal refrigerators, but they are much affordable in comparison with a completely built in fridge.
